Is it safe to send ceramics and glass?
It is totally safe to ship ceramics and glass through the logistics company we work with.
We have a packaging system that makes it very unlikely that parts will break during transit from Mallorcraft to your delivery point.
In addition, the logistics company we work with is a specialist in dealing with fragile goods, and has everything in place in case of any incident.
What happens if something arrives broken?
In the unlikely event that something arrives broken, just send us a photo via Whatsapp or email of the broken part and we will send it back to you at no cost to you.
How long will my order take?
As they are unique pieces, when we receive the orders our craftsmen get down to work to make them.
Processing time will depend on the number of pieces you order, but normally your order will be shipped within 10 to 20 days from the date you place your order.
Sometimes it happens that we have parts in stock. In this case, it will take 1 to 2 days from the date of the order to be shipped.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery person comes to deliver my order?
It’s all right. Several delivery attempts are always made. If they do not find you at the delivery point, they will call you to arrange delivery at the time you have availability.

Returns
What if I want to return my order?
Although we have not yet had any case in which one of our customers has not been satisfied with our products, we are aware that this situation can occur.
In case you are not satisfied with our products, you have 15 days to return them from the date of receipt. You only have to contact us to tell us that you want to return all or part of your order.
You simply need to pack the parts in the same packaging in which you received them and we will send the logistics company to pick up the package. Once we receive the package we will proceed to refund the total amount you paid for the order by the same means by which you made the payment.
