In the unlikely event that something arrives broken, just send us a photo via Whatsapp or email of the broken part and we will send it back to you at no cost to you.
Most of our parts are in stock, so your order will take between 1 and 2 days to be shipped from the date of order placement.
For the cabrera collection, we sometimes have the pieces in stock. In this case, they will be shipped within 1 or 2 days from the date of order placement. If they are not in stock and have to be made by the craftsman, the processing time is 10 days.
For customized tableware, the processing time is between 10 and 20 days.
It's all right. Several delivery attempts are always made. If they do not find you at the delivery point, they will call you to arrange delivery at the time you have availability.

Although we have not yet had any case in which one of our customers has not been satisfied with our products, we are aware that this situation can occur.
In case you are not satisfied with our products, you have 15 days to return them from the date of receipt. You only have to contact us to tell us that you want to return all or part of your order.
You simply pack the parts in the same packaging in which you received them and we will send the logistics company to pick up the package at no additional cost to you. Once we receive the package we will proceed to refund the total amount you paid for the order by the same means by which you made the payment.
