At Mallorcraft we use a specific packaging method for fragile items, which makes it very unlikely that any piece will arrive damaged.

In addition, we collaborate with a logistics company specialised in delicate goods, ready to act quickly in case of any incident.

In the unlikely event that something arrives broken, you only need to send us a photo by WhatsApp or email of the damaged piece and we will resend it to you at no cost.

Most of our pieces are in stock, so your order is usually dispatched within 1 to 2 days from the date of purchase.
For shipments to Spain and Portugal, delivery usually takes 1 or 2 days from shipping, so you will receive your order in a total of 2 to 4 days from purchase.

For shipments to the rest of Europe, transport time is 3 to 4 days, so you will receive your order in a total of 4 to 6 days from purchase date.

For customised tableware, production time is between 10 and 20 days.

No problem. The courier will make several delivery attempts and, if they can’t find you at home, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery at a time that suits you best.

Paying on the Mallorcraft website is completely secure.

We offer three payment methods:

• Card via our secure gateway: Our payment gateway is protected by Redsys and CaixaBank, ensuring secure transactions at all times.

If you’re not convinced by a piece, you have 15 days from receipt to return your order, totally or partially.
Simply contact us and we’ll help you through the entire process.

To make the return, repackage the pieces in the same box they arrived in. We will request collection from the logistics company, at no cost to you
(this option does not apply to orders with free shipping; in those cases, the return cost is borne by the customer).

Once we receive the package at the store, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned products, using the same method of payment used in the purchase.
