It is completely safe to send ceramics and glass through the logistics company we work with.

We have a packaging system that makes it very unlikely that parts will break during transit from Mallorcraft to your delivery point.

In addition, the logistics company we work with is a specialist in dealing with fragile goods, and has everything in place in case of any incident.

In the unlikely event that something arrives broken, just send us a photo by Whatsapp or email of the broken part and we will resend it to you free of charge.

As they are unique pieces, when we receive orders our craftsmen get to work making them.

The processing time will depend on the number of pieces you order, but normally your order will be shipped within 10 to 20 days from the date you place your order.

Sometimes it happens that we have parts in stock. In this case it will take between 1 and 2 days from the date of the order to be shipped.

Nothing happens. Several delivery attempts are always made. If they do not find you at the delivery point, they will call you to arrange delivery when you are available.

The payment methods offered by Mallorcraft on its website to pay meet the highest security standards.

We offer you 3 ways to pay: by bank transfer, by PayPal and by our payment gateway.

The security of our payment gateway is guaranteed by CaixaBank.

Although we have not yet had a case where one of our customers has been dissatisfied with our products, we are aware that this can happen.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 15 days to return them from the date of receipt. Just contact us to tell us that you want to return all or part of your order.

You simply have to pack the parts in the same packaging in which you received them and we will send the logistics company to collect the package. Once we receive the package we will proceed to refund the total amount you paid for the order by the same means by which you made the payment.
