DESCRIPTION

Rosé wine from the Mallorcan winery Son Juliana made with Manto Negro, Callet and Cabernet Sauvignon.

TASTING NOTE

Elegant Mallorcan rosé wine made largely from classic Mallorcan grapes. Fine notes of lavender with a Provençal style.

ELABORATION

• Grapes harvested by hand in 6 kg buckets.
• Careful stacking.
• Short maceration time.
• Soft pressed.
• Temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel at 16 degrees.
• Bottled on the property.
