DESCRIPTION

Red wine from the Mallorcan winery Son Juliana made with Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Merlot (45%).

TASTING NOTE

Aromas of black fruits, bell pepper and toffee. Very good balanced body with great power.

ELABORATION

• Grapes harvested by hand in 6 kg buckets.
• Careful stacking.
• Short cold maceration time.
• Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
• 24 months in French oak barrels.
• Bottled on the property.
