White wine from the Mallorcan winery Son Juliana made with Prensal, Moscatel and Manto Negro.

TASTING NOTE

Classic Mallorcan white wine, fruity, floral with hints of almond and fresh acidity.

ELABORATION

• Grapes harvested by hand in 6 kg buckets.
• Careful stacking.
• No cold maceration time.
• Soft pressed.
• Temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel at 16 degrees.
• Bottled on the property.
